    Mr B. P Sharma, is the Managing Director of Ridhi Share Brokers Private Ltd. He is  Retired Chief Engineer from the Irrigation Department. He completed his Engineering from M.BM Engineering College, Jodhpur with First Division.

His major accomplishments include:

• Have worked on prestigious multipurpose BEAS PROJECT in Punjab.(1972-1976)
• He has been awarded Medal and Certificate in appreciation of valuable services rendered in the IX Asian Games held at Jaipur  in the Rowing event.(1982)
• 8 weeks  International course on Operation & Maintenance of Irrigation Districts in USA & Mexico.(1984)
• Accorded appreciation from The Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan, for exceeding targets of revenue Collection for the year 1989-1990
• Visit of Three Gorges Project-China by Indian delegation (2002)
• Have also worked as Chief Engineer, Bisalpur  Project and Establishment(Non Gazetted)(2002-2003)

His matured guidance and continuing support has been a constant source of inspiration to the continued growth of Ridhi Share Brokers Private Ltd.

    Sandeep Sharma, the pioneer of RSBPL, is the Compliance Officer of   RSBPL.

After completing his engineering from the Engineering College,   Kota  ,  he worked in National Engineering Industries Limited, as a Marketing Engineer between 1995-2003. He was the Area In charge of all the 4 zones all over India which he had handled very efficiently one by one.

    During his tenure in National Engineering Industries, he recognized his interest and abilities in the stock market, and finally decided to start his own broking company, and from there on there was no looking back.

He has cleared NSE’s Certification Exam of the following Modules:
Securities Market(Basic Module)
Capital Market (Dealers) Module
Derivatives Market (Dealers) Module

   Nupur Sharma   is Member of  the  Directors on Board of Ridhi Share Brokers..
She graduated in B.com (Honors) in Economics in 1997. She has taken an ‘O’ Level Degree from Aptech.
She has also cleared NSE’s Certification exam in Derivatives Market (Dealers) Module. Her theory of self belief and her cheerful attitude has been adding to the growth of the company.
